“Dyavolskoto garlo (The Devil’s Throat)” Cave

The "Dyavolskoto garlo" is an abyss cave and is one of the phenomena of the Trigrad gorge. An artificially excavated tunnel with a length of 150 m leads to an impressively large hall. From the hall, the surface is reached by a steep ladder. While climbing the ladder, visitors can see a small part of one of the highest underground waterfalls in Europe (42 m). The temperature in the cave is 8 °C.
