The “Guardians of Stara Zagora 1877.” monument
The Memorial Complex “Guardians of Stara Zagora 1877” was built in 1977 and is a 50-m high monument. It immortalises the heroism of Russians and Bulgarians during the siege of Stara Zagora on 31 July 1877.
