Strandja is mountain situated in south part of Bulgaria with highest peak Mahiada (1031m). From Strandja: Veleka, Rezovska, Fakiiska, Ropotamo, Diavolska rivers are springing from there. In south part you can feel mditerranean climate influence. Here you can see different type of plants like Strandjenska ledenika.On the territory of the mountain Natural park “Strandja” (116 136 hectares) ; “Uzunbodjak”,”Lopushnitca”,”Silikosiq” and “Arkutino” reserves are situated.
